Biography
César Astudillo was born in Concepción, Chile, on September 1977. He received his B.Sc. and Eng. degrees from the University of Concepción, Chile, in 2002. He has been at the University of Talca, Chile, since 2004 in the Engineering Faculty, where He is currently an Assistant Lecturer of the Computer Science Department. At this moment, He is pursuing his doctoral studies at Carleton University, Canada.
